Description
Summary
We are looking for a detail orientated individual. You will be responsible for data entry, compilation, search and product categorization tasks to assist or promote retail operations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete assigned data entry project and tasks in a timely and thorough fashion
- Review and improve product information written by other staff
- Answer and solve data-related problems reported by sales personnel
- Work with small groups on complicated or long-term projects
- Maintain familiarity with company data standards
- Work with vendors and manufacturers to develop working relationships and better external resources
- Develop and create new data projects when necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
- Data Entry Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel
- 40+ WPM
- Communication skills
- Internet Navigation skills
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience with Databases (Microsoft Access, SQL or any other database system)
- Image-editing experience
Physical Demands
- Able to lift/move 15-30 lbs.
