Summary
Build.com (Improvement Direct) is seeking a driven, analytical individual to assist in managing & revising processes and compiling & analyzing data. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data in order to increase sales productivity. This individual will have the ability to truly make a difference with regards to the total success of the company.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
- Prepare and Analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports including call reports, sales reports and payroll reports
- Audit and Analyze daily orders
- Approve/Deny No Charge Replacement orders
- Audit commission reports and investigate disputed orders
- Manage the schedule (with direction) for a call center of over 60 people
- Correct Timecards

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office Suite; advanced knowledge of MS Excel to include pivot tables preferred.
- Critical thinking skills and analytical/problem solving skills and abilities.
- 45 wpm typing experience
